Alison Waters is a four-time National Champion, competing since 2001 and bursting onto the scene with a unexpected run to the final in 2005.
Since then she has reached the semi-finals or better every time – 12 times, with only an injury-hit 2011 missing – and was the champion in 2008, 2010, 2013 and 2014.
